It's a hit or miss last visit I had was a good experience the one before that,not so much they were very rude and not helpful so just depends on the day I guess.

I think that just comes with the job.
I'm from north Alabama and the people I dealt with at the local Davidson county office were just as rude as the ones in Alabama.
They weren't even aware of what was on their own website.
