Yes, only one set. Separate towels are at the pool. Each unit has had a major remodel. I am a owner with a two bedroom for rent this Labor Day week.
Yes linens are provided. Sept 8 to 15 I often rent out for $825. Labor day time also. i own 7 in this town. Great place to vacation! This area is a must see!
We are time share owners and they do for us. Both sheets and towels.
For those renting a condo, ask the owner as most provide linens but there are some of them don't.

Yes and there are washers and dryers in all of the 2 and 3 bedroom units if you need to wash them while you're there. The 1 bedroom units have washers and dryers available just not in each unit.
They did in our time share. Just brougt our beach towels. There were washer/dryer in each unit.
