With a place this big you would expect the buildings to have more then 1 elevator on each side and more then 2 luggage carts per each side. Seriously, you only need a luggage cart for maybe 20-30 min. No need to hide it in your room the night before. This place definitely needs to add more luggage carts.

Excellent place to vacation with small children. Safe beautiful private beach. Enjoyable large pool for kids and adults. Everyone I have met there have been friendly and their kids play well with my kids.

Some units have washer/dryer, but only one building has shared washer/dryers
There are outlets on poles for charging cars. If the building manager doesn't like your car, security will continually unplug it.
There is a indoor pool. I have the Labor Day week and I always had these amenities.
As far as I could see, balconies on all upper levels, patios first floor
Yes, only one set. Separate towels are at the pool. Each unit has had a major remodel. I am a owner with a two bedroom for rent this Labor Day week.
Condo are wheelchair accessible. Elevators installed several years ago.
