They only rent lots yearly. They are not totally ready for RV tenants to come back yet. They are doing updates on RV lots.

My suggestion to you is called them way in advance of when you want to go down to make sure you can get a spot. Memorial Day weekend, entire week of the 4th of July and Labor Day weekend will be very tough to get a spot so call ASAP.

Still dealing wifh hurricane stuff using a diff number they do the rv lots annually i beieve its about $2,800

They do have 1or 2 rv spots there now ,its around $40 a night if you contact the office they maybe a better rate for a week

I dont know about the entire marina being for sale. But there are a couple of mobile homes and R.V./Campers for sale. You can call the Marina and ask for Ms.Jenna or Mrs Rita ( Mangers) and can help you with your questions . Good luck . We love it there.

They have one lot that they rent for temporary parking

For a full hook up site for a 30ft camper with slide out 30a

It is open year around but you can not live there as a permanent resident.

They do have RV sites.
