Pictures are a yes. But I would try not to use flash.
Yes! Picture talking is allowed. They say no video but everyone around me was doing video with their phones.
No video, everyone takes photos.
I was there in February and the person behind me was using flash , not cool but everyone else was taking pictures on there phones videos too.
