I'm a NV resident who lives overseas part time. I'm 83 years old, my NV license expired on my birthday recently. Can I renew my NV license by mail using the forms found in MyDMV? Also, do I incur a late penalty - how much?

You need to send an email to ask whether you can renew by mail. https://dmvnv.com/pdfforms/dmv204en.pdf https://dmvnv.com/contact_us.asp You have a 1-year extension, though your license will show as expired in the system. There is no guarantee anyone outside of Nevada will accept it. https://dmvnv.com/pdfforms/65-year-extension.pdf

Now that it has expired you'll have to come and take a driver's exam
