We have new resident hours from 7:30 to 9:30. Other than that, walk-in services are limited to general information and document review, kiosks, movement permits, plate surrenders and VIN inspections.
It depends on what service you need. If you are getting new license or identification, no appointment is needed. You will need to have all of the required paperwork ot verify who you are.
