Not sure, I stayed there last year and it was the coolest place I've ever stayed. Maybe a phone or electrical outage. They run off a generator, which shuts off at 11 pm normally. Do whatever it takes to stay there.
You can go on line to book a cabin, but you have to do it a year in advance!! Don't bother calling if you want to book sooner than 12 months from today!
