Why can't I ride my bike through the meadow. Not trying to destroy the trails, just trying to ride rather then hike. The trails are already used by horses..

Portions of the trails are not good for bikes, granite steps & the meadows can get boggy as well as the trails

You can ride your bike at the resort and on designated roads and paths, just not in the wilderness. It is protected land.
