There are times the public is allowed to see the Dome. It would be best to go directly to the Saints Fan page to search for that schedule.
I think you can book them but at certain times or you just have to go and view it yourself.

Not when we went. I didnt see any offered. We were able to walk all around the outside and the NFL shop.
