Can we go look at the Dome when there is not an event? My husband and I are in town for the 1st time and we just want to look at the dome maybe go inside.....

No, you cannot go inside the stadium except if there is a event going on. I went once and was told we cannot tour the inside because of 9/11.

Look at walk around because there is several things to see around the outside...during the season you can get in most of the day not sure about after the season is over
