During events parking ranges from 15.00 and up. The lot with the black fence has an attendant that will collect anywhere from 20 to 25.00 If you get there about 4 hrs early then its only 2.00 per hr. A great alternate parking area is a University of Buffalo which is free then take the light rail/ subway. The lught rail will drop you off right in front of Sheas Buffalo. Hope this helps. There are several pay lots around the venue. If you're licky you can drive down Main St and find a free parking space.

We use a surface lot on Franklin just north of Edward for $5.
We have parking tickets that are offered with our season tickets
There are lots small parking lots for $20 near it. Just drive around for the closest one that has space. I didnt see any big lots when i went
There are several surface lots directly behind the theatre on Pearl Street. The closest ramp is the Augsperger Ramp on Pearl Street just past Chippewa about a block away from the theatre.
