I don't know about standard testing, but rapid results requires that you get there early & wait on line, where they'll take your info & send you a text letting you know when to come in, (usually within a couple of hours, depending on the amount of people there is)
No but show up early. The other day, at 9:30 AM, they already more people on the waitlist than they could handle in a day.
