yes. dr powers is the avian exotic specialist. however if you have an emergency they don't really do that
Last time we were there with our puppy Hank, (pneumonia), they had a parrot in for follow up for a surgery he/she had. This place seems to do it all, and were beyond wonderful with our Hank!!
