Yes! Like every neighborhood it had its issues. Do you research though. There is an HOA which I am kind of indifferent about. Pros to living in Grove Park: - Most clean neighborhood overall - Friendly people - Neighborhood watch (could be improved) - Occasionally has community activities - Close to stores - Pool, gym, playground, clubhouse, and tennis/ basketball court Cons: - Random acts of crime ( B&E's, car break ins, ect) - Traffic is terrible during busy hours Hope that helps 😊
