Truly the most convoluted call system and customer service experience. Transferred 5 times - got the run around every time - just trying to pay my very first premium on an individual bronze plan. Insane.

Your voice attendant is the worst the industry. It drops you because it doesn’t understand. It won’t turn off voice and use digits only in noisy environments It takes insane user input and still connects you to wrong department. How can you treating paying members like trash? I need an MRI pre auth to get past 9/10 pain with a diagnosis and you use such a horrid live support system ? Your 1-800 number IVR is an embarrassment to your company I recommend all to use Aetna UBH, Cigna, Humana Don’t use this apathetic company that doesn’t want you to use you medical insurance

Worst call center ever! Had to repeat myself 10 times about the same issue, and they just read what ever was next on their call sheet. In the end was no help at all, God forbid I have a real emergency.
