Hidden gem brewery. Great beer, cozy spot.

Came from Charlotte to visit the home of my wife’s all time favorite beers. Barrel Culture makes the absolute best sours we have ever tried. I enjoyed their blonde ale and saison very much. The staff (Ben and Alicia) are the best we have ever met at any brewery or restaurant. They are genuine people, and they are there to ensure you have the best experience. The place is perfect for those with dogs and children. Plenary of diverse areas to enjoy. We plan to drive back from Charlotte for a day visit soon - it is well worth the trip!

Very nice sour beers and a good tap list of guest beers as well. The bartender that's usually there is really pleasant and friendly.

I've been to Barrel Culture multiple times in the last 6 months and it's now one of my favorite breweries in the triangle. This is a popular place among my work friends now and we love to head here for happy hour. When I mentioned I didn't think i was a sours person once, Ben poured me a few samples that quickly changed my mind. Now I know that I love certain types of berry sours and I always like to try their new batch brews! I also recently cohosted a Reunion here and they have a wonderful event space in the back. Caroline was so responsive as we were planning, even taking the time to meet one on one with us. The crew here did so much to make our event special by setting up tables with linens, providing ice that they acquired specifically for our event, and helping us with the slideshow and music when we arrived. The bartenders here really went above and beyond and everyone had a great time. The space itself is really nice. The private event room also leads directly to the patio. There's tons of room to spread out and mingle. There is a private bar in the back that you can request a bartender for but we stuck with the main bar in the front for more access to different taps. Thanks so much Barrel Culture!

Dogs are allowed in the outside seating areas!
Parking can be a challenge! But well worth it.
IIRC, they sell bottles of craft soda. If there is a food truck, they usually have cans of Coke products.
Indeed there was a food truck there when I was there. Not sure if they have a calendar / schedule posted anywhere though.
There is a ramp to the front door and at the side there is another entrance to the bathroom - just let the staff know!
