do they put christmas trees on top of cars without a roof rack?

So we went yesterday and they do put Christmas tree on top of a car with out a roof rack and tie them down. But make sure that it is very secure so it don't move around while your driving

I'm not sure either, we were only there in the fall looking for apples also.

I guess you need a roof rack.
