Trying to figure out how to get setup to make food at this farmers market from the other farmers product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing talk to mgmt and give them your sales pitch. I think it's a good idea. At the same time talk with the farmers and see what kinda deal they can work out for you. They are very friendly. Good Luck.
