Plenty of parking. Pay to park near the beach, but free on the side streets. Beach should be open Sunday unless people don't practice social distancing. Not sure when beaches open.
Bathrooms opened last weekend.
Sunday yes beach open....pay by an app parking...not sure how much...you can also park on side streets for free...but get there pretty early...and yes I believe bathroom open
