No you can just walk right in, call and check what time they do there crocodile show because that's when it tends to get a little crowded.

We went Tuesday (8/4/2020), we walked right in and through. No reservation needed and @ 3pm it wasn't crowded.
No reservation needed when we went. I would call just to make sure as this could have changed since I was there.
