If heading from San Antonio take exit 183 towards Solms Rd. Turn left on Solms Rd. You will then turn left unto I-35 frontage road. You will find the Zoo straight ahead.
If you are coming from San Antonio Exit 183 and make a U turn stay on the service road. If you are coming from Austin exit 183 Solms rd is the rd at exit 183
