They have heated and non heated classes. I encourage their beginner classes if you're getting started. The community there is very welcoming and I know they'll be happy to work with you on your needs. Good luck Daniel! Let me know if I can help in any way.

Hi Daniel, My name is Lauren and I'm the Marketing Coordinator at Y2 Yoga. I saw your question and I wanted to provide some insight :) It sounds like our restorative deep stretch classes (listed as L,S,D on our schedule) might be a good place for you to start. In our deep stretch classes, you will do a very small amount of vinyasa flow for the first 10-15 minutes of class. This helps to warm up your body up and allow openness in each stretching posture. After that, you will be on the floor doing postures that help relieve stress and increase flexibility (seated forward folds, etc). This class is dimly lit with very soothing music. Our L,S,D classes are offer Sunday from 5:30-6:30p and Monday - Wednesday from 7:15-8:30p. We have a wide variety of classes ranging from challenging, cardio-intensive heated classes to relaxing deep stretch classes that help release tension in the body. I welcome you to explore them all! Best of luck and hope to see you around the studio! Lauren
