Is this a question or a review? I came across it in the question section. Was the person inebriated when they wrote it? I can barely understand what they are saying. "As for a pricey you would think that the customer service and management sucks." Are they saying that I should expect bad service or that the Local provides good service? I wonder does this person comprehend what a comma or period is used for? They seriously need help if they in good conscience wrote this while sober and felt it was publishable.
Thanks David! We look forward to serving you soon. Safe travels to you.
Phenomenal place. Decor, theme, staff. Owner is a disabled Iraqi veteran who has great food. Definitely not a franchise and worth any wait time. I would take any negative reviews w a grain/sack of salt. Will definitely be a routine stop on all trips between FL and VA now.
I can't comment to what Gordon posted. I can state clearly, without reservation or ill intent... your money is best spent somewhere else. The manager/owner of this establishment is frequently condescending to anyone who posts less than a raving review of his restaurant. Often abruptly rude. Read his replies on Yelp and judge for yourself. Ask yourself...who blames the PATRON of an establishment for their honest review? Seriously...The owner of the Local will troll any comment that he doesn't like...like a creeper
