My husband needed a new battery for his car per State Farm’s road side assistance. He takes the battery to auto zone to get another one they tell him he has 12 days left on warranty. They do a diagnostic and say you have “100 cells this is a great battery” “did you get a jump?” My husband said “yes” and my car wouldn’t crank at all this morning either. He said idk why you have a good battery. So, my husband takes it to abercorn and they immediately say to him his battery is not good at all you have 12 days on warranty would he like to get a new one? Thanks to abercorn and there knowledge on batteries his car is running good now. Sounds like Richmond hill wanted to stall him out so he’d come back after 12 days and pay full price.
