Dana is the most pleasant, friendly and honest person I've met in any apartment offices, she's very resourceful and just presented everything to me with a smile. I felt very welcomed and I'm grateful to have been approved for my apartment. I'm excited!

Mrs. Danna is always so helpful to me! I'm a first time renter and she has made everything so easy, thank you to her to and the Ashton!

Very rude and nasty manager. They never return your calls, and they get nasty if you try to reach them. She threatened to cancel the application because I called the office to follow up. I uploaded all my documents the same day they were sent to me. They called me at 6 pm, the evening before my moving in date, telling me that my application was denied due to the amount of money in my bank account. The nasty manager hung up to phone on my face, didn’t even let me speak. They don’t know how to speak to customers. I demanded proof of reason of cancellation. I got no response. They refused to give me back my $250 deposit. I moved all the way from another state to Georgia. Now I am technically homeless because of these people.

I called to see if I would be able to come and see a model. She pointedly told me that they were at 100% maximum capacity, so she didn't have a model. Didn't offer to tell me when anything would become available or go over prices or anything. Her tone was not pleasant either. Definitely don't want to live there if the office staff isn't pleasant.

Yes you can. Its not really low income but is income restricted. You must make an certain amount of money. But its a great community, great schools, and I love it. Its worth every dollar.
Depends on your income, I believe it starts in the 650 up for two bd, two bathrooms.
It does count as income in state housing but not in federal housing if I'm correct just to be on the safe side you can always call the apartment building and speak with the lady's in the office they are very helpful.
It depends on numerous factors. Please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you!
