Receptionist did doble appointment, No way to resolve the issue they are fullbook, the Manager didn't care costumer, Appointment was make for Sabrina V. I lost 40 min there and them, I had runing without my kids haircut for my medical appointment. How they take care ? wait until someone cancel(if someone cancel )or 1 week more for a haircut .The don't care about the time of the person. I think we need a place with people who care about their customers I been 7years costumer

The place is very nice and attractive for boys and girls of any age, the treatment of the hairdressers towards the children is magnificent, we are very satisfied with the service and we will return soon for a new haircut
