We are Sanibel refugees and stopped at local hotel for the night . They told us about your place. We were thrilled . The service was excellent and timely. The dry aged strip steak was fantastic. As were the sides and bread pudding. Thank you and you will see us again when we travel.

Went in for apps, dinner and dessert. The meats are very high quality and you can tell the difference in quality from your average restaurant steak. Service was prompt.

Service was good. Had a dry aged steak. And it's not that it wasn't good, but for the price, ($56, I think) I expected better. I don't know if I would do it again.

Is this a question or a review? I came across it in the question section. Was the person inebriated when they wrote it? I can barely understand what they are saying. "As for a pricey you would think that the customer service and management sucks." Are they saying that I should expect bad service or that the Local provides good service? I wonder does this person comprehend what a comma or period is used for? They seriously need help if they in good conscience wrote this while sober and felt it was publishable.
I would just show up, they are more than willing to accommodate large parties without a reservation. Even if the staff is limited they will not cut corners on the service they provide. They will ensure your experience is a positive one.
