Hi Tyler! We adopt out indoor-only cats and dogs, except in very rare circumstances (e.g. if we have a semi-social cat who needs to be rehomed, but isn't comfortable with people or the indoor life). We do encourage you to consider an indoor, or indoor/outdoor pet rather than an outdoor-only pet, for their comfort and for maximum pet love!
That would be dependent on the pet. St. Francis is very good at pairing a person to a pet and the environment. Call ahead to save driving time to see what they have available. I adopted from there, the staff is very good.
