Is the meat locally sourced or just CAFO meat ground in house?

I don't know about the meat or seafood. Don't remember them saying anything about it being local.

I'm not 100% sure about the one in Charleston.. I want to say yes it's locally sourced.. I know for sure the one in JAX is.. So I'd want to say yes, since the restaurant is suppose to be ran by the same guild lines..
