Memorial day weekend is time for the Iris Festival, last year they had a butterfly tent !! Awesome experience !

Anytime. I haven't checked to see if the plants and flowers have bloomed out completely due to the effects of the prolonged cold weather.. But its always open if you want to go and visit..
