Was literally impossible to make an appointment or talk to a nurse. I just have to bombard them and demand and then get treated like garbage when you get taken back. The young curly hair girl with glasses was a nightmare. Worst experience. Why is she with patients?! Absolutely horrible. Too bad cause the doc and some of the older lady's are so kind.

It was impossible for me to make an appointment. I have tried several times to make an appointment by phone on different days and times. Emails were also not answered or forwarded.

Been going here for a long time with follow up appts every 4 months. When my prescription runs out it will be 16 months since I've seen my dr. The staff does everything possible to keep from making an appt for me to come back. I recently had some surgery done in Columbia. The lady keeps telling me to go back to him. So, you know what? I WILL go back to Columbia. I hate leaving Dr. Goodson but I can't stay with a dr's office that doesn't want to schedule you to come see him on a regular basis when you have eye conditions that need attention on a regular basis.
