Flatbed semi truck unloaded block for nearby construction. Totally blocked our culdesac, so the garbage truck could not enter. Truck driver begrudgingly, and slowly moved moved the truck. Driver then put the truck back in the exact same place, trapping the garbage truck in the culdesac. Driver then stood at the rear of the truck, causing the garbage truck to drive across my lawn to leave.
