Why is it you can't get anyone at Wal-Mart to answer the phones. It will ring 2000 times before anyone answers! What's going on??????

This store has been poorly managed for years. Nothing ever is done about it.

Its certain times of the day when they answer the phone.

I used to work for wal Mart , they hear it but just don't want to answer it. It's to much work for them

They literally picked up the phone and hung up on me. Didn’t say anything. Just hung up.

I agree, they never answer,we need to call corporate.

I feel the same way i guess they are juat that buay they can't answer it. I know most of them just be standing around talking

Thats too dumb how its certain times of the day they pick up the phone, dang im calling for the pharmacy. I am going to make sure I save the pharmacy number so unprofessional!

Perhaps they're discussing whose turn it is to answer. Maybe email?
