Why does Walmart send thier worst managers to Statesboro? Is it because they have no real competition? Does Walmart just throw the whole "pleasant shopping experience" out the window when they know you have no where else to go?

I completely agree. I recently just stopped going because of an experience with a 'manager' there. It's rediculous. Majority of employees there are no help at all!! Very displeased with Wal-Mart.

I've never had a bad experience at either Statesboro store that required a manager. Floor associates are always helpful. They do have competition now Aldi's, Food World, Food Lion and Publix will be open before you know it. Walmart delivers so I hardly go in there anymore..very happy with that service.
