Although I'm not certain on a price pp, I believe they would make you a specific menu with limited options to meet your needs. I have seen the venue beautifully set up for wedding receptions.
I would guess somewhere around 75 to 125. However I would only caution that you be particular with the menu. Sometimes they can get carried away with Smoked flavor, and not in a good way.
