Super shady! Take the bus only if you really need to. The station is disgusting and no information is displayed on the screens.

Arrived here later in the evening and having a 3o minute rest stop. This is a combination terminal hosted by Chatham Area Transit. And is one of the nicer terminals that Greyhound stops @ on the Eastern Seaboard. Inside the Terminal you will find Greyhound @ Chatham Area Transit ticketing and information located in a well appointed waiting lounge with adequate seating for +- 50 customers. Outside but into a separate entry is Greyhound parcel express shipping, shipping and recieving same day or next day along Greyhound Lines Routes all along their routes. If one had a layover midday of several hours there are several fine restaurants within walking distance. A museum of the Savannah College of Architectural Design is literally 3 minutes walk from your arriving coach. It would be a wonderful opportunity to explore. Leaving northbound takes you over a breathtaking view of the harbor ⚓. I enjoyed my north and southbound rest stops here even late at night.

During our visit, this place was very crowded. This is located inside transit station. So it was very easy for us to to catch public transport to hotel we stayed. Staff was very friendly and appreciate their courteous behavior.

The greyhound bus line is pretty small. Cleanliness is subpar. No greyhound attendant on site but those for the local bus service. No announcement of when the bus would arrive.

Okay, you need to contact Greyhound customer sevice. You are asking the Google reviews community for answers, which I would be wrong to speak on Greyhound's behalf. So, Here is the number you need to call 800 739 5020. Good luck with your inquiry.
Depends on how you are traveling

Yes they do. I was taken aback to learn that they charge an additional $15 if the name on the ticket and credit card do not match.

Joe, You can save a lot of money by doing several things. 1. Plan to buy your ticket at least 2 weeks in advance. 2. Begin your travel on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. 3. Download the Greyhound app from the Playstore. Then research, plan and buy your ticket(s) through the app. Buying two weeks in advance gives you the best price for early purchase. Traveling midweek is less busy, thus cheaper than weekend. And lastly Greyhound has many different convenience fees, service fees and "commissions" depending on where you buy them. All of which are in addition to the ticket prices. The app avoids many of those and is the lowest fair types that they offer. (if you don't have to talk to someone, then you don't have to pay more for the privilege. Sorry for the long answer, but it saves you a ton if you can do this. Goodluck, Tim
No, the Greyhound Terminal is downtown. Notice Echo Sinclair's suggestion gets you to the Oglethorpe Cat/Greyhound terminal.
