They never call anyone that needs help. I have been there 3 times since November 15th and they say the samething. Someone will call you. My question is when? I had my lights cut off because of them not calling me. So I am sitting in a bathroom at Tractor Supply charging my phone and typing this. It's sad to know that people don't care about others.

They send a voucher over as soon as you have shown all that they need. Sometimes they will pay 2 months for you.

You have to physically be there in person and they don't allow others to use your information you have to physically be there that place is wonderful and it helps a lot of people God bless them for the help they give the society
