Just within the past 30 days, my packages and MAIL are not being delivered as my informed delivery notices say . It constantly says " undeliverable , front door or driveway not accesible" . That is an absolute false statement. I was at home today and the mail carrier NEVER CAME . Totally loosing my confidence in our USPS!! update! The same mail and packages that couldnt be delivered yesterday( driveway not accesible ) were noted today as DELIVERED IN MAILBOX . Again , another lie. My packages and mail as noted on informed delivery , from 8/26 are still missing

I had to go in to mail a package. The staff behind the counter were great and the front was well stocked with everything you need to package your items. Only negative was no pens. I'm sure its some kind of Wu-flu thing, but please put the pens back out for customer use.

This facility does not have any hand sanitizer stations for the public and it was not a concern of the postal clerk whom I asked where it was. It would seem an important issue due to reducing any contact possible from the public, due to how many sites can be touched. But of course the postal clerks have a barrier up and I am sure they must have hand sanitizer for their use, considering the traffic that flows through that facility.

Well, another chapter in the saga of screwed up mail! I ordered something from Amazon (nothing out of the ordinary and nothing expensive) just a simple package. Not only did the mail carrier come at 5:30p, instead of the normal 11:00a - 1:00p, the employee apparently couldn't fit the item in my box. I watched as they drove up the dead end street, then turn around and fly right by my house, with no attempt at door delivery. My phone starts blowing up with messages from Amazon and the PO. I'm being told I have to go all the way to East Egypt to get my stuff or order redelivery. I chose the latter. The reason code on the USPS tracking site said that "per customer request, the package was returned to the Post Office." I never made any contact with anyone to have even made that request. I wouldn't have, I need my package. I pay for "Prime" (with Amazon) for a reason. This is not the first time I've been home and they driven on by and then I either have to order a redelivery or schlep out to East Egypt. Very aggravating! ***UPDATE: October 18, 2019. It happened AGAIN!!! The carrier stopped at my mailbox, paused as if to be placing more than normal mail, then drove off. I recieved a text that stated my package was delivered. I went out to the box and NOTHING!!! The only difference here is that it has been SUPPOSEDLY delivered so I can't track it and I can't schlep to get it. The package is officially unaccounted for.

USPS does not check or monitor these questions. Google guides answer questions asked here to the best of our knowledge. I couldn't find a better number to call, but you can file a complaint with this location on their website. I doubt it will do any good but that's the best I can do.

You can do everything online. I recently moved and can say for sure it's way faster online than filling out the forms at the main office.
Yes, change of address and forwarding services can be done online. USPS will send you a physical confirmation to both address listed though which can be a hassle if you no longer have access to your old address.
Yes. They will send you a physical confirmation letter with a code to confirm online that it was you who requested the change of address.
$3.35 + the cost of the letter, return receipt is a separate cost.
