So we waited till to late to reserve a pavilion and the office is closed for the weekend! But my question is do you have to rent a pavilion for a birthday party? Can we just set up anyways? Is there a way to know if someone else already reserved it?

U can use the tables but there is sign up that says if someone has the tables reserved and show up u have to leave the tables
