I was there with my grandson to pick up a few things and he needed to use the restroom, so I asked an employee if they had a restroom and she told me to hold on, and asked another employee, and she said no that there was one next door at laundromat or store next door(which was united grocery outlet) so that's where we went. Decided right then that I wouldn't be back. United Grocery had everything I needed that I was previously going to buy at Dollar General, and you didn't have to ask permission to use restroom! Very clean also!

I'd give it a zero tonight though usually I have a great experience. A heavy set guy was rude to me over something that wasn't even an issue. He seemed agitated when I asked about some shoe strings then got an attitude because I didn't have my ID for cigarettes. I told him it was OK I'll get them somewhere else because I was afraid they'd be stale in there. He took serious offense to this and rudely shoved my change into my hand. Then told me not to come back even though I knew he had no authority to sat that. Then proceeded to discuss the issue with the remaining customers in line. I'm reporting him even I never do that. I will go back to speak to a manager.

Store is so crowded! A couple of employees are nice but it's never stocked with items I need and it's hard to get through some aisles with your buggy because of roll tainers every where.

It's always cluttered with inventory sitting in the floor waiting to be picked up and the cashier is putting it up and waiting on customers at the same time. I think they should hire more people instead of having one person do both instead of making people stand in line waiting for them since they are not at the register. The prices are higher than Walmart now. I only go when I'm in a hurry or in a pinch now.
