Sit in a Drive-Thru for 20 minutes to finally get to order to be told that they discontinued the vanilla Frosty's? Are you kidding me they now only serve chocolate frosties! I won't be back because that's the only reason I ever came there to start with!

Fast drive-thru experience service was polite and quick. New hot honey chicken sandwich sooo good 👍 definitely must try. Was disappointed doors were locked and we couldn't dine in.

So disappointed with our food the last several times we have went. Today was no different. For once the order was correct but I upgraded my seasoned potato to a large and only got half the container full of old cold potatoes. My daughters side of gravy barely covered the bottom of its container. I tried calling customer service and just got left on hold. I know times are hard and everywhere is short staffed but you need to do better Wendy's!!!
