I have never in all my life felt so horribly stuck and sad due the injustice of the way my mothers arraingments have been goin by such rude, careless, incompetent people working there. My mother had pre arraingments avery simple quick cremation small grave side service. She passed on the 6th we were told to come in 2 days a very stand offish non professional funeral director push ed a stick note saying we had to come up with more $. and he didnt have to provide us anything if we wanted service we pay. We have been ignored by all other staff with request for different director now today the same man is there handling my moms services. Also he put service all the way out to the 27th. Heartbreaking and unacceptable

Speaking as someone who works in a funeral home, how do you misplace the body of an infant!? This is crazy and heartbreaking for the child's parents and family. You don't even deserve the one star given. Your business is suppose to be a place where family's come to you about laying their loved ones to rest and this is how you treat them!? You definitely deserve to have a lawsuit against you and to be shut down indefinitely. Sending my support and condolences from Alabama to this precious souls family and may you get the justice that is much deserved.

On flower pick up days the crew starts at 7am.
Hi DJ- It depends on the season- March to October is 7am-8pm and November to February is 7am-6pm. Only the gates near Vineyard Chapel are open after 4:30pm, and if you're inside the cemetery and the gates are closed, pull up to the gate at Vineyard Chapel and it will open for you to get out. Hope that helps!
Go to the office between 830 am & 430 pm.. They can look up the loved ones location & circle it on a map for you.. If you still cannot find your loved one they will have one of their AMAZING grounds men meet you in the area & help you locate them..
We keep a copy of an obituary if one was published by the family. Our privacy policy prevents us from sharing personal information but if you're looking for an obituary copy, or other public portions of a record, you may call us at any time at 209-334-9613.

Maria- No flowers are removed on the 4th of July, as our offices are closed on that day. Flower removals will happen on the next pickup day.
Hi Fe- Sorry we missed you! Yes, our cemetery is open on Mother's Day, and we give out flowers to those who are visiting the special Moms that are laid to rest there. We hope you were able to come out and visit!

Hi Morgan- Yes, well behaved, leashed dogs are allowed on premises, though we discourage anyone leaving their pet in a car on a hot day. We also ask that you are sure to pick up after your pup! Thank you for your question.

Its costing me $325 for the headstone and $150 to have it transfered from Modesto to Lodi.
Please call our office the day before- we may be able to hold your items in the office for you if you couldn't make it out on time.
