Orders through drive thru did not get food. Called back gave name they said come back and just get your food at your convenience. When I came back I was told there was a new 24 hour policy and would not give my food or my money so they are basically thieves and manager or supervisor whoever she was came to talk and was rude and would not give me the corporate or owners number to contact then tried to kick me out. Don’t waste your time here bojangles is better and has great customer service. I will never be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know as I am a business owner and have contact with tons of people hopefully this will next help the next person to not be stolen from

Went through drive thru to get food. I only can order sides as a meal. When you order this way you get a biscuit with the meal. I asked the girl if I could have my biscuit. She said no, it doesn’t come with one! I have ordered like that for years!!! I have always got my biscuit! I have to pay $3.00 each for the sides! I am a bariatric patient that is limited to what foods I can eat! I am able to have carbs sometimes. Plus did not get my water that was ordered along with the meal. Got home looked in box my father ordered a number one with 2 extra drums! Only one drum and a wing!!! Pronounced clearly and was polite about it! Still order was extremely wrong!

This is by far the slowest restaurant in Athens. I work for door dash and the past 2 orders have been a 45 minute wait and there were no cars in the drive thru and 2 customers inside. I ask and apparently corporate made them cut labor.

Went through drive through got mashed potatoes with instant mashed potato flakes and flake clumps included the managers failed to address this as well as my over cooked dried out chicken worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life managers act like you've lied anf the mistakes they made is your fault
