Does anyone is service ever answer the phone or return calls? Been disconnected over 4 times the last week trying to find out status of a vehicle.

Typical dealership. They do not in most cases, especially the phone, know customer service! The dealership is the worst at customer service. Good luck

I don't know about the phones but I had amazing customer service when I arrived, and always do
