I was contacted after submitting an inquiry about a Kia Carnival. I talked to a salesperson and was told to come in the next day and made an appointment with that agent. We were told that we could not test drive, but could look at the inside and outside. We drove over an hour and when we got to the dealership, we were told that our salesperson was not there; not a huge deal, as we were helped by someone else. We went to the car and was told that it had been sold and didn’t know why we were told that we could see it. We told him that we drove over an hour and is there anyway we could look at it. He went inside to talk to the manager and came out and said the guy who sold it has both keys and there’s no way we could see it. He then informed us that the guy wasn’t even working that day and was off and had no idea why we were told to come in and schedule an appointment. So we wasted 2 hours of our time driving, a 1/4 tank of fuel, and we still have not seen the car we are trying to purchase. We weren’t offered to make, order, or even reserve a car. Apparently this is how you treat customers these days.

Terrible service DO NOT buy a car from them. You will regret it.

They can't sell parts plus they lie a lot

Demaggio was a great sales person. The lady in the service department, I call her Ms. Glitter, is awesome.

I just had that experience today. When the phone call was finally answered by the vm, a perky young woman's voice told me to leave my message and she would get back to me ay her earliest convenience. Are you frigging kidding me? I bought my car in April 2016 from them new. They were all jiggy with communication then after that RUDE.RUDE. And RUDE! I live in Statesboro now and I will find someone else to take my car too for servicing. I will be buying a Soul Turbo in a couple of years but not from these creeps. Horrible. Deceitful. Awful Customer Service. So No Customer Service...No buying anything from you in the future. DONE. So that is my earliest convenience. PEACE OUT.
Never had a problem with this issue. Try website it has a different number?
I always have a good experience with everyone there 😁
Minimal contact, prompt and courteous service at drop off, during repairs and upon pick up. Courtesy hand sanitizer left in vehicle 😁.
It's under warranty. Create a paper trail. Take it to the dealer
Call Corp over KIA or call the owner they should fix it with no problems
I can only tell you from my experience with a Kia Soul that they were professional, thorough, and very reasonable.
Typical dealership. They do not in most cases, especially the phone, know customer service! The dealership is the worst at customer service. Good luck
Hi Willie Kia Country of Savannah does replace brakes
If I were you I would call the manager of the parts department and chat KINDLY with them. Give them the receipt number and date of purchase. Ask them to follow up with UPS for a refund and please return my money. Good luck
