The staff is is not African-American friendly at all, t Americans they find a reason to put all African Americans out. maintenance never comes out to fix anythingand ,they will find every excuse to keep your security deposit you won't get it back

Gumboy, We hate you feel this way however we in no way discriminate on any race in our office. I do have different races who work here and ofcourse all of our owners and tenants are of different races. I am the owner and I also foster children and currently have an african american child in my home. On maintenance-we do a work order as soon as a maintenance request comes in. If we keep a security deposit it is because a tenant owed past due rent or has damages in their rental unit. You have a great day.
