I got my 1st apartment through here! I am so blessed & thankful for what I have!! The only issues that I have had while living here so far is the mold issues in my apartment & that maintenance doesn’t contact me when they are on the way to my phone & I have had some issues with one of my neighbors about the rules of the apartment complex. Those are the only issues that I have faced through them. I give them 4 stars because they are good at contacting you back when you need something like maintenance. My apartment was the best thing that ever happened to me & I thank these people for helping me in the process!! Very good customer service & they know what they are doing. The only reason why I didn’t give them the 5th star is because of the mold issues I have had & they don’t contact you when they are coming to fix something & the experience that I had with one of my neighbors. 😊

Have been renting from them now over 2 yrs.Can't say anything negative. When I have a situation arise I call they make out a work order and with in 24 hrs.maintance has taken care of the problem.Good people

Sent several companies what's update you get them
For our apartments we look for 3x the rent a month, no evictions or owing pass landlords and a clean criminal background. For our houses all of the above apply as well as a good rental reference and at least a 600 credit score.

Are you asking if we have properties in those Areas? We do but none that are vacant at this time.
You can look at our website or come by our office and pick up a vacancy sheet. Ride by and narrow down the places you want to see. Make appointment to go in ones you are interested in. Then once you narrow down to one and you have seen it you can put in an application. We are mainly -but not limited- looking to rule out anyone with recent felonies or drug activity on their criminal or evictions on their credit. We give you an answer in 24-48 hours from time we have all information in. You can call our office at 336-626-7235 if you have more questions or visit us at 955 S.
