Our family recently switched to Prevo Drug after issues with another local pharmacy. Prevo personally called our doctor's office to obtain our prescriptions and set up all medications on their MedSync auto-fill program. They also offer MedPak so all medications will be packaged together with the date and time for each dose. This is a game changer for a member of our family who has epilepsy. Plus, they offer free delivery to our home. Prevo Drug treated us with empathy and respect and they offered solutions to ensure medication compliance which is a huge weight off of our shoulders when managing a chronic illness. I am SO thankful we made the switch.

Transferred my prescriptions here due to poor customer service at CVS thinking that small town pharmacy would be better. however, I was wrong! First month went well. Second month medications cost almost doubled. And apparently it was due to my insurance. I explained to the rude woman on the phone that it was cash price. My insurance didn’t cover these meds anyway. And that my insurance had sent a new card with an Rxbin number and group they replies “we don’t take discount cards”. So I was expected to pay double the price. Meanwhile the woman has a nasty attitude and 0 phone customer service. Kept talking over me the entire conversation. Will be transferring prescriptions. Again. Don’t be fooled by the sweet voicemails. They are rude I person. And just as bad as the bigger pharmacies, except twice the cost.
