Yes there's a sign in and you have to have a fishing license or a hunting license to go shooting there but they're closed down now until January they're revamping the shooting range making a separate pistol range and one for a long rifle hope this helps

Yes. Stop at the range officer and show him your hunting or fishing license then sign in and they will give you your target stand
